Misty Mountain Cannabis is a licensed cannabis store — BC LCRB cannabis retail store licence #450266 — and every delivery is made under BC's rules for licensed retailers. Here is how to tell.

Licensed vs. illicit delivery: what to look for
Is Misty Mountain Cannabis licensed?
Yes. Misty Mountain Cannabis holds BC LCRB cannabis retail store licence #450266, issued by BC's Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch for the store at 1318A Esquimalt Road, Esquimalt. You can confirm any BC store's licence on the LCRB's public list, or with our LegalCheck lookup.
Is cannabis delivery legal in BC?
Yes, from a licensed retailer. Since 2022 BC lets licensed private stores deliver to adults 19+ at a residential address, with government photo ID checked at the door. Delivery from anyone without a provincial licence is illegal, and the product is untested.
How can I tell a legal delivery from an illegal one?
A licensed store names its licence number, delivers from a real storefront address you can visit, checks ID at the door, sells only Health Canada-packaged product with the excise stamp, and never takes cash at the door or e-transfer to a personal name. Sites that list "no ID", "cash only", or ship by mail from out of province are not licensed.
Why does that matter to me?
Licensed product is tested for potency, pesticides and mould, labelled with real THC and CBD, and sold by staff who can be held to account. If something is wrong with a legal purchase, you have somewhere to take it. With an illicit seller, you don't.
Where do you deliver?
Esquimalt & Vic West, Downtown Victoria, James Bay, Gorge-Tillicum, Fairfield and View Royal, in about 30 minutes, 1:30 pm–9 pm daily. Check your address above.
